Doe hunting licenses on sale Monday, July 10
County treasurer offices across Pennsylvania will begin accepting applications for 2017 antlerless deer hunting licenses – doe licenses – on Monday, July 10. That means hundreds of thousands of the familiar, oversized, pink envelopes will be dropped into mailboxes across the state tomorrow and Saturday. The doe license application process is one of the only non-electronic application processes still in place because the Pennsylvania Game Commission is required by state law to issue those licenses through country treasurer offices, which receive $1 for each license they issue.
