Buck-ing a trend
By most projections, the 2017 deer season looks to be a good one in Minnesota – as long as hunters abide by the rules. According to Paul Telander, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources wildlife chief, this year’s deer harvest in the state is expected to be in the 200,000 range, which aligns with the 20-year average of 205,959.
